Daughter earth is chosen among all the planets to receive water and the force of gravity. She finds time, temperature, seasons, space, night and day as she spins around mother sun, and as father moon spins around her. She is told to go forth and multiply – to use all and any of the elements that have been poured into the earth and create something that will stir the soul

It starts with a big flood and the molecules of water that had been formed by the bricks of hydrogen and oxygen found their way down to the earth and formed vast oceans and rivers and bonded and nourished with the early seeds of biology.

This art piece again establishes the rule of units to unity where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It is the story of water, and its seminal role in the evolution of biology. Water realizes it has to be on the move and will have to morph into a variety forms depending on space, temperature and the needs of biology. She is up for this!

Artistically the surrealistic piece shows water droplets that appear to come from a far off in space with big bang still smoldering in the background. Their accumulation and blue color covers the spinning earth occupying 71% of the earth’s surface. Under the forces of gravity and the consequence of accumulation of many molecules, the drop assumes a pear shape .
