Description

“When Sperm Meets Egg..” portrays time zero in the conception process.

Like the electron and protonin  atom there re opposing forces which attract each other and finally allowing them to bond. The new life form is not like the sperm nor the egg. In fact it is unlike no other form on the earth.

Artistically spherism is used to portray the wholesomeness of the ovum. The wagging tail of the sperm provides motion to the art piece.  The bursting and open mouth of the ovum reflects its willingness to receive and proceed with the new life form.

The black color reflects a mysterious environment. The different color of the sperm portrays that within milliseconds of the race the consequence could be dramatically different depending on which of the sperms win the race to the queen in waiting!
