Small Nucleus Good Government; Big Nucleus-Bad Government

“Small Nucleus Good Government; Big Nucleus – Bad Government” shows the abnormal nucleus associated with a “thumbs up” reflecting health, and  “thumbs down” reflecting disease.

A healthy nucleus pays attention to the past present and adapts for the future.  Cancer reflects a nucleus that takes control and has little regard for the past or the future and focuses only on the present.

The nucleus is central to activities of the cell (images).  Morphologically when the nucleus becomes too big the cytoplasm shrinks, and the the nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio increases.  This structural feature is characteristic of cancerous cells.

Artistically  surrealism and spherism is used to provide the idea of good government and bad government.  In this case smaller is better.  The normal sized nucleus allows the people in society to grow and flourish.  On the other hand the large cancerous nucleus compresses and stifles the members of the society with the rules and regulations that control their lives limiting freedom to grow and flourish.  The normal efficient and healthy government shows its people in full color with little impingement.  The cancerous government has people who cannot blossom hence the stark black and white compressed and stifled population.
