Description

The AiA piece is derived from a 3D CT scan of the abdomen and shows a variety of moods of the bones of the abdomen and pelvis including the thoracolumbar spine, ribs, pelvis (iliac crest ischium, and pubic bones) as well as the hip joints.

Each mood is depicted by a different color. The specific mood that each color represents is open to interpretation, but it is quite obvious that there is a wide variety of moods in the abdomen and pelvis.

“Andy Warhol” art comes  to mind with the recurring patterns of a singular image.
